Brunswick Gardens

A single storey basement under the front of the property to allow for a lower ground floor and a swimming pool. Works extended to full super structure structural works including temporary works, demo throughout, blockwork, steels, structural timbers and the brickwork envelope of the building.

Challenges

Working space was at a premium. Due to the number of different works throughout the property along with tight timescales work had to be sequenced carefully to ensure continuity.
