Caroline Terrace

Open excavation in a brown filed site in Belgravia. Given the proximity of the rod and structures the sequencing and temporary works had to take this all into account. The build included a single storey house above ground level with a double basement below it.

Challenges

Working space was at a premium. Due to the number of different works throughout the property along with tight timescales work had to be sequenced carefully to ensure continuity.
