Eaton Sqaure

Basement required the rear elevation of the building to b supported on temporary works. The formation of the basement was below the lower ground floor at the rear of the property.

Challenges

As the basement was formed below the lower ground floor at the rear of the property the materials and muck away had to be carefully co-ordinated to ensure clear access to allow the works to continue.
