The basement required temporary works to support the building’s rear elevation. The basement formed below the lower ground floor at the rear of the property.

Challenges

As the basement was formed below the lower ground floor at the rear of the property the materials and muck away had to be carefully co-ordinated to ensure clear access to allow the works to continue.
